    Come on Square-Enix, can you even fix a single quest? The Hidden Chapter - THM LVL25

    Seriously? I've been waiting a week for a fix to this quest. This is unacceptable as it is a story quest and should be hot fixed right away!!!!! It's preventing me from progressing into the BLM job and thus hindering any advancement in story or character progression. Come on already!!!!!

    since you failed to provide any hint of what your problem is i will ask..

    i just completed that quest myself last weekend without any issue...whats happening that is preventing you from completing the quest.

    Firstly, since you assumed the problem with the quest is a singular issue from one player and not an issue being experienced by others, I'm here to tell you it is not. Check the quests board or the bug reports board.

    Secondly, the step in the quest "The Hidden Chapter" I'm referring to is step 4 and is known as "Speak with Cocobuki at Thal's Respite" within the Eastern Thanalan sector. The bug to which I'm referring to is the inability to initiate a conversation with said npc "Cocobuki" at "Thal's Respite" even with numerous tries to restart the quest by abandoning and retaking it.

    Third, this is bad coming from Square-Enix since this is a main story quest that is a requirement for character progression. Not a problem of the player obviously.

    Multiple in-game bug reports. Multiple online website support tickets. Are you kidding with GM call or Live Chat? Those take up 3-4 hours to even get into contact with a representative. Bottom line this is a main story quest for character progression that should have been fixed in beta not during paid subscriptions.

    Se is super slow.. I suggest leveling a different class for now.. since its not happening wide spread its probably low on the priority list
