    Replying to this thread cause the other one was locked. I am also a Monk having the same issues as both OP and Shraen.

    The Issue
    Any ability that is off the global-cooldown is sometimes able to be pressed during the animation of another ability, which will cause the ability to go on cooldown yet not actually cast.

    For bug report formality purposes, listed are some of the abilities that trigger this bug:
    Featherfoot
    Internal Release
    Blood For Blood
    Perfect Balance
    Bloodbath
    Invigorate
    Foresight
    Steel Peak

    These are just the abilities I use as a Monk that cause this issue, but it really can apply to any class' abilities that are off the GCD.
