I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your character transfers. We apologize for the confusion, but there is nothing that can be done on the forum. You must submit a support center ticket to get this resolved. You can do that by going Here.

Also hybridwarhawk, you are in a free company and have an active retainer. Before you transfer your character you must meet all the requirements. You can view the stipulations Here.
