Mess up on character re-creation.

I wanted to ask this for a friend of mine, see if I can tell him if there's something that can be done. He used the bottle to create his character, he wanted to make tweaks to his Roegadyn. While doing it he was looking at other races it seems and (not knowing the full details) he recreated as the default man-cat!

I have about 2 / 3 of these things in my inventory because I don't plan on changing if I do I'll change him back with the second but I like my red guy. Is there anything he can do to obtain another? So we can let him change it back?

Under parental supervision this time..haha he's 34 so I'm kidding! If not that's okay we will still make fun of him because he had a senior moment!

Nope. The only way to get them is the initial one they gave (free recreation on first loadup post Beta)+ Being a 1.0 player + the initial 30 day sub, that's it for now.

Open a ticket and they will restore the phial for you. I opened a ticket asking if there was anyway to change my characters birthday, and they initially misunderstood me for asking for the phial to be restored. This is the email they sent me:

Thank you for requesting a Phial of Fantasia, or the ability to alter your character's appearance, from us. We understand that the way your character looks is very important to enjoying the game, and do apologize for any delay in responding to your request.

A Phial of Fantasia is available as a reward upon billing for your first 30 days (or more) of a subscription. This will be sent to you through the Moogle Mail system upon the billing for your subscription, which will not occur until the end of your free trial period. Please be aware that this is a unique item, so you can only have one at a time. You may store one on a retainer to be able to accept one on your character if you have a prior Fantasia and do not wish to use it.

If you have used your Phial of Fantasia, either correctly or incorrectly, and are not eligible for an additional one through subscription rewards, it is possible to use the item restoration policy to return the item. However, the item restoration policy is usually a single use option per account, which means it may not be available later in the game should you drop any other items or wish to correct any item related errors that would utilize this policy.

If you would like to use the item restore policy this one time to return the Phial of Fantasia, please submit a GM Call from within the game using the Support Desk option under the System Menu to request this.
