SQUARE ENIX wanted to make a robust selling system, but they were too cheap to bring in the high quality servers needed to make an economic system like Ragnorak Online and Mabinogi and TERA, hence why we have instanced market wards.

Why you think SE can't do better than instanced market wards is beyond me.

But i guess that's your perogative.

Mabinogi was also laggy as sh1t at peek times also because of all the retainer banket stalls everywhere.....
