    Server lag problem?

    I'm on Behemoth, and it feels like I'm playing under 600-900ms ping all the time, outside of dungeons. Crafting skill takes 2-3 seconds before registering. People no longer walk, they teleport around like Nightcrawler from X-Men.

    I have ping command setup to the server IP and it shows constant/stable 40ms or less. My ping to google.com also shows constant/stable 10ms or less.

    So, am I the only one suffering this problem, could it be driver/hardware problem.. because it feels like latency issue... or is this server problem? It's most noticeable when in Ul'dah or Mor Dhona, and during day-time.. as the problem ceases after midnight.
