"Catch My Drift" level 35 Botanist Levequest one Mature Tree does not spawn

Steps:
1. I accepted the "Catch My Drift" levequest from Cimeaurant the Levemete in the First Dicasterial Observatorium of Aetherial and Astrological Phenomena.
2. I traveled to the starting area for the leve and waited for my GP to replenish completely.
3. I initiated the Levequest at Recommended Level + 3
4. The southernmost Mature Tree, which was supposed to spawn at X: 20 Y: 30 did not spawn. The area where it was supposed to be was marked on my map, but nothing was there.
5. I logged the three Mature Trees that did spawn. Used the Field Mastery II action for all three. I believe I managed to get 5 Driftwood Branches to Chain #4 on all three, then used the Brunt Force action to get a Driftwood Trunk.
6. After this the Arbor Call and Arbor Call II actions just showed the "You detect no mature trees or vegetation" error when I tried using them.
7. I tried logging out and logging back in, but the missing Mature Tree was still not there.
