My smn is running out of mp. Is this a fix?

spreading thunder on many mobs is a DPS gain not a waste, its also more mana efficient.

As I repeat over and over, thunder is one of your LEAST mana efficient spells, because it comes from THM, where they chug mana like addicts.

YES it is a DPS gain, but it is an efficiency loss, in every single situation (except when you're spamming Ruin II, and if you are, you should really reevaluate your life).

Not Thundering nonprimary targets is a good strategy for conserving mana. Your other DoTs are all at least twice, if not three times as efficient as thunder.

PS, tell your tanks to pull adds together, bane is by far our greatest mana conservation skill.

I have NEVER run out of MP on fights, only when I happen to die and I'm in a weakened state. How do you guys run out of MP? I keep all my dots up too(including Thunder) and Miasma 2 and Shadowflare on multi add fights

idk about all of you but I never use Ruin I anymore, ever.
It takes so long to cast that by the time I finish casting it, boss is already putting circles/cone attacks on me and I never finish my cast. So instead I end up running around doing nothing but dodging. Meanwhile with Ruin 2 I can run around, avoid being hit and still do damage. Out of MP? Aetherflow or energy drain.

also the additional BLIND has helped my tank a lot to avoid being frozen or BBQed by bosses in Stone Vigil.

@Nukocafe : yeah, you're losing a lot of dps but k. And if you can't cast Ruin 1.... the problem must be you x) How do you cast your dots ? Shadowflare ? And the key of a fight is to anticipate the boss' actions.
