Thanks for the replies. I gave the cali number a shot and they did not help me either. All they said was that "Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are supports busiest days and to keep trying back".

I finally received email responses, and they said that my issue would have to be dealt with by phone or chat support. I managed to talk to someone via chat and all they said was that my transfer was "still in process" and they could not give me an ETA whatsoever as to when it might be completed. I really find it hard to believe that they can't give me some sort of rough estimate, especially considering I've been waiting for 2-1/2 weeks at this point already.

So it seems to me like my only choice is to continue wasting game time in hopes of them EVENTUALLY completing my transfer. I really hope the transfer completes soon.
