Sorry you're having issues. SE customer service is and always has been awful. You could call their NA headquarters and bother them about it. I'm sure they'd be thrilled to hear about how long you've been trying to resolve this issue. They'll likely tell you to contact support at which point I'd tell them I'd been trying to contact customer support for weeks. If they told you there was nothing they could do, I would call back everyday until they were completely sick of hearing from me.

That's a Cali number so they should still be open.
