I totally agree, i've never had a problem like this ever with an mmo for restoring items or ingame currency. This is an atrocity and i chose my word carefully to describe how i feel about this support system. I am more then sure the developers/creators are not willing to lose customers over shitty support. Someones ass will be fired if the population starts decreasing dramatically over situations like this. Blizzard is greedy but maybe i'm starting to think it's worth going back to their game titles JUST to receive the game support we so sorely deserve. If this is not fixed by the time my account runs out as i just bought 90days 2 weeks ago, i won't ever be re subscribing either. Good luck SE may the force be with you.(choose the light)
