Thats bullshit, I have had the same experience with the SE support it is dead set the worst you get alot better support in every other MMO even the free ones.
I bought my relic weapon bits, completed entire quest to AK then the quest chain bugged out and i lost my weapon and the quest.
They said they "cant restore" or give me back the gill spent on the item, restore the quest chain or the half finished weapon so i can atlest start the quest chain again.
It took them four days to reply back to me, i sent in a reply the same day and i haven't even got a reply back in about two weeks now.
What type of game cant even restore or help out there PAYING customers. It is a joke, this game im sure has lost hundreds of customers already that needed restores like Australia did but they dont know how to.
Im one of the stupid people that paid for the 90 day subscription. I wont be renewing with the SE support the way it is.
