I've just capped Armorer and now have Piece by Piece. I cannot think of any situation where this would be a useful class ability, at first I thought it would guarantee 100% progress on a 2 star item in 3 turns, but when I rechecked the description is:

Increases remaining progress by 1/3.

When will this ever be useful, I feel I must be missing something?
