The general idea, I guess, would be to pour all your points into INT and then you'd activate the stance in SCH to heal rather than nuke, as it puts all your boosted INT to MND. Problem is, it's still gimping your Cures by 20%. It would work much better if you could use Stance as SMN, but, alas, you can't.

Never think using Cleric Stance is useful for healing the 20% malus on healing is too much. And high level gear stats is with MND for healers.
Use it for Nuking as it is meant to

seals come along easy enough and theres not a lot to buy with them, respec for those moments when you need to boost your stats above average
