[BUG] Ability CD's Trigger but CD Does Not Fire

I recently started to notice a bug where I will cast a buff, and the CD will trigger but I will not actually get the buff. This happens most often when having macros which group two cool downs together.

The time to watch is between 0:50 - 0:52. You will see that both Berserk and Bloodbath are cast & CD's are triggered, but Bloodbath does not actually stick. I have had this happen in reverse as well, where Bloodbath will stick but Berserk will not.

This happens a lot to me as well. Not just cooldowns, but any ability that is off the GCD.

If you are spamming your abilities quite fast (which most people do as a DPS), there is a very high chance that this bug will happen. When your character is mid-animation, your abilities that are off the GCD are temporarily disabled until the animation finishes, however if you are spamming the ability to cast it ASAP (or in OPs case, using a macro to cast multiple abilities), sometimes the button will trigger (and therefore go on cooldown) yet the ability will be unable to actually cast as you are still mid-animation from the previous ability.

I would love for this to be fixed, as it has frequently cost me a lot of DPS on fights where maximum output is crucial.
