character transfer error

When trying to transfer my character, I received an error telling me that I could not transfer my character. I made sure to leave my FC and my LS. I tried multiple times and gave up and sent an email to SE. I got a generic copy and paste response that did not address the issue. I then relogged in to try again and got the same error. I then tried a different character and he transferred fine. But the one that transferred isn't the one I wanted moved. I swear I went through the list of things to do and the character refused to transfer.

Now the free service is over and I am going to be forced to pay for it? That's not fair..

The "Contact Us" people seem to only be able to send those copy and paste emails regardless of what you type.. so posting here is basically my last hope before unsubscribing. I really dont want to start over or play without my friends.

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your character transfer. This sounds like it would require support center assistance. You can reach them by going Here. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose "Contact Us" and fill out all the necessary information. I am going to close this thread, but if you still need assistance then feel free to create a new thread outlining the steps you have taken so far.
