played since 1.0 beta and now the game is almost unplayable due to duty finder.
you wait ages for a party then someone asks is anyone new soon as someone says yes people quit making it almost impossible to get relic item stones and so on.
RMT's can be seen mining nodes with the teleport cheat market is too weak to bother with because of it
bring back the 1.0 way where you saw the retainers or FFXI auction house style, no matter what you try and sell some bot RMT will under cut you by 1 gil.
add to that the 24/7 spaming from RMT's this is just getting pointless.
I have played FF since nintedo and FFXI 10 years but already asking myself WTF am I wasting my time and money on this for

- Jerks will be jerks. If you don't want to deal with them the only option is to make a party with people on your server (join a Free Company) and then enter the instance with them. Then it'll just be like how people made parties in FFXI.

- The only things the RMT sell on the AH are probably crystals. The rest of the gathering materials are cheap because its easy to level the gathering jobs and there really isn't a limit on much you can gather since gathering points are infinite (unlike in FFXI). Still, I'd rather have the current system then go back to the crap that was Mining and Gathering in FFXI where you fought RMT for gathering points. Personally, I just level BTN, MNR and FSH to get materials for myself.

- Lol, I doubt the people that are undercutting prices on the AH are all RMT. I don't really have an opinion about the AH display since its not like FFXI's system prevented people from undercutting either.

I have not come across that myself, ever. Plenty of rage quitting but I have never seen someone leave after discovering someone is new.

It's a game enjoy it as best ya can and when it gets ya down log off. Even if it's just for the rest of the night spend time doing something else you like. It'll save your sanity and when you get the itch to play again come back fresh without the heavy bogged down feeling.
