Make chimera and hydra an instance!

I would agree for duty finder, or at least cross server on the upcoming party board solely for the fact that some servers have quite a lower population than others, making it more difficult to find runners for these two based on this factor.

I agree! It took me hours to get a group for Hydra. Then when I did get a group, people died, people rage quit, so I'd have to spend a few more hours getting a group together. It needs to be on DF. Since it's not content that a lot of people are doing at the same time, shouting for it is near on impossible.
