    Make chimera and hydra an instance!

    Give people the option that need it right away! I sat in toll for 6 hours yesterday shouting to get a team for Chimera... Yes I did ask FC and only 3 members were online to help. Now I am dreading to do the same thing with Hydra and getting other relics >_>

    Edit: Yeah for it to be in Duty Finder. LoL

    I agree with OP. should be something we can use the duty finder on. By the time players are at the relic quest, they should know enough about their roles that they can work together on chimera/hydra. Very seldom do I see a HM ifrit that can't be beaten by a DF group. Maybe throw in some rewards for these like gil or item drops so veteran players can lend a hand after getting their relic.

    What instanced means is the server generates multiple instances of the battle based on demand, unlike the open world where everyone is in the same place. I agree though, that Chimera and Hydra should be available through df. There just aren't enough people shouting for it anymore.

    Completely agree. It's a huge pain in the rear end to find Chimera parties. I've done two relics and both times it took several hours to find people. Definitely needs to be added to Duty Finder.

    It won't be... with the new "search for party" in patch 2.1... You will just have to "look for" Hydra / Chimera and you'll be able to find suitable partners without the Duty Finder.

    That will only work if people use it, people tend not to use stuff like that because they are more use to shouting.

    I wish. It was fast and easy for my summoner, but now I can't get anyone to help with my bard. i've tried shouting, FC and randomly sending tells to people.

    I don't mind the challenge of doing it, just wish there was an easier way to locate others wanting to do the same.

    hopefully the new system coming in 2.1 makes it a lot easier.
