Some Legacy Titles Unavailable

Steps:
1. Go to achievements>Legacy>Quests>Eorzea Got Served...and Protected. Shows that it was completed (see image below)
2. As indicated, the title "the Shield of Eorzea" should be unlocked
3. Go to Character Screen>Profile Tab>Title drop down. the Shield of Eorzea is missing (see image below) along with many others

This applies for several other titles

Not sure if it works for Legacy titles, but try talking to Jonathas at (10,6) in Old Gridania. Perhaps that'll unlock the title.

I believe they did earn us to go to the achievement no a before the close of active service if 1.0 to claim titles and rewards from achievements as they wouldn't be available
