    relic quest issue

Hello I am looking for some help.

I started my relic weapon quest as a 50 paladin. Before I finished the quest I leveled up a 50 warrior on the same character. I have abandoned the relic quest on my paladin, completed all warrior job quests and gained access to Amdapor keep. The relic quest for my warrior is not popping up at the npc in vesper bay.

Any ideas as to what I am missing?

Thanks in advance for any help

Try checking in either Mor Dhona at Rowena's or at Gerolt in North Shroud. That's where all the relic quests start after the initial one, but I'm not sure how it works with abandoning it.

    It will probably be Gerolt.

It is Gerolt in North Shroud for all subsequent Relics

But when you do it for the 1st time, there are also quests you get in Vesper bay and after each Primal fight you need to return there. Are they gone if you abandon your 1st relic?

If they are incomplete and you've abandoned them they can be picked up again.

Just a quick question, with the other items drops in end game, are the relic weapons still overall worth owning. I've just finished the story and was expecting a grind but reading through, there is a lot to do for the standard relic, plus more for the upgrade. I fancied doing some hm runs but am trying to get my blacksmith up to create the weapon I need to meld to for the quest, and be high enough to meld as I haven't come across many players offering the service for lazy bums like me. Knowing the quest asks for items from primals, am I better off getting it to that stage then starting runs

The relic quest is so simple now, and everything can easily be completed through duty finder, they are as powerful as a Titan weapon, which is the hardest part of the quest, so I say there really is no excuse to not have it. It's a good start to work on getting those better weapons too, unless you like to not carry your weight through fights.

Its more the weapon and materia that is holding me back atm. Battledance 3 is going for over 200k each and barbarian whatever its called is around 50k. I had 300,000 but spent it all leveling my gear once I hit 50 so way off being able to afford it. Just looking to see if its sold anywhere, presented as a quest reward or what gear its meldable from. Once I've done this bit, the rest doesn't look so bad but grinding to over half a million gil will take forever to carry on the mission
