Relic +1 or AF2 body

Hi everyone. I am having a hard time to decide between getting my +1 wep or af2 what would benefit me the most. I am a sch DL down which should I go first? I think my +1 first since I got on DL to work with it while I work on getting my af2s 1 by 1. Any suggestions?

From a mathematical standpoint (from what I've read) the Relic +1 is better in almost every instance of one individual piece of AF2. I think the only wash being Bard.

Relic+1 most definitely. Both you and your fairy will benefit from it (skill-wise) more than you would from a single piece of Mythos AF. You'll love it :3 and you'll get random parties faster for grinding AK/WP/PRAE if you /sh as Relic +1, as you can go Cleric Stance more often and spam the DoTs, that way helping make the runs faster (Ruse the fairy, Lustrate when needed) depending on the rest of your party members, their gear and their playing skill, of course.

Honestly, I'm getting my relic chest first simply because I don't want to wear the ugly cowl and I don't wanna get crap from folk about still being in AF gear a month or so from now. xD So relic chest first, then the weapon.

Relic +1 makes you heal WAY better though. Unless if you're in it to look awesome, then AF2 is the way to go.

I grabbed the AF2 chest first myself. The AK gear simply atrocious in terms of looks. Unless your FC is doing weekly Coil runs, Relic+1 is overkill for all of the content you'll be running.

I got the bow+1 first, for the sole reason that it's sparkly.

I'd go for body first then pants, and ignore the +1 book. I'd even aim for the Allagan book of healing for when turn 5 is actually downable (same deal for Bard)
