    Can't Obtain Veteran Reward or Pre Order Bonus

    I started my first month of subscription yesterday. My 2.0 character had the veteran rewards and Mog Cap/Cait Sith Doll by mail. Today when I activated my 1.0 character on the same account (changed his appearance and name) I have nothing? I was wondering if I could get some help.

    Do you mean same service account or SE account? If the latter, you won't get them.

    Maybe you gotta wait some hours before the system resends them, it might be a verification system that runs every few hours, or maybe gotta wait the next billing cycle.

    Thanks. I'll probably call SE support this week, my biggest fear is that this will keep happening and I won't get any veteran rewards. I really want that flying eye mount!
