When are new classes being added ?

You should have plenty of quests at that level.

The main story and the surrounding side quests should get you into the low to mid 40s without issue.

Actually, they said new Classes and level cap increases would come before an expansion, because "all the legacy players are at 50 already".

People not active is it just you.
FATE spamming isn't going to get you anywhere or is it going to be fun or educational. Have you done every quest in your city, guild, camps or guild-leves?

Why are you so troubled my son, you want a new class so you can get stuck at 32 again?

Good luck. Wasting your time out of a game you know is a MMORPG/ theme-park of grinding OR you can push on and get that next level, make friends, learn dungeon runs,etc. You need patience and effort in this game though it's x100 easier than 1.0 or FFXI.
