Would it be possible for the dev team to place the area of which you target an npc, monster, or pc to their mid section like in XI?

It is becoming a nuisance to have to till the camera all the way up to see above giant monsters hp bar just to target it, such as the dulahans or w/e you spell it, and stuff like the demon wall. Even if you sometimes zoom all the way out it doesn't always put the name in focus so you would still have to face your camera up. ALSO can you fix the problem with one you zoom all the way in, and you clip a corner with your camera, the camera position gets stuck in the closest position.

Also can you guys also fix it so that once we lock on to a target, we have a visual element that tells us that we are locked on? Normal target mode and locked target mode has the same effect you cannot distinguish whether you are lock on to a monster until you attempt to run. THIS is becoming a nuisance also in stuff like bahamuts coil and relatively anything where you have to lock to reposition your self and dodge ability.
