    Cannot login after character transfer

    I have been unable to login to my account since I attempted to transfer my character from Diablos to Faerie. I was told via chat help to post in the bug section about this. I would like this fixed asap since I was told I would be compensated any time for this bug on your end. Thank you.

    Time: October 17th
    Frequency: Constantly
    World name: Diablos
    Character name: Hybridwarhawk Stark
    Class/Level: 50 Arcanist

    Steps:
    1. Attempted to transfer character to Farerie
    2. Since then, have been unable to populate na/eu realm list
    3. No change for 5 days.

    For the record, this start on October 17th. I do not get any error numbers, all I get is an error that the na/eu realm list cannot be populated.

    are you able to log in now

    Have you Recieved any information reguarding not being able to log into NA/EU Worlds?

    I sent an email support ticket it but I never heard anything back. If it can't be done quickly I'll probably just quit since its their fault and won't comp me time for their mistake; pathetic business practice.
