    There has been a lot of documentation out there showing there are issues with routing in between the servers and the clients. Data needs to be gathered on your specific route from your client to your game server (tracert or pathping can be used, IP can be gathered via resmon--it's the one starting with 199), and then forwarded to both your ISP and SE to be investigated further.

    There are issues amongst the various routing partners that need to be addressed by the people who have entered into agreements to use those ISP's for routing. They need to be identified so the proper parties can be addressed and held accountable.

    Once these known issues can be addressed, then we can verify if/when the issues reside at SE's level so they can be addressed properly. Until then, things are just too inconsistent because of fluctuating errors in route, which makes it hard to properly isolate and diagnose the issues at the endpoint.

    I myself have been encountering the error since Patch 2.0.5 was release. SE acknowledged that players would be encountering this error but have provided no timeline for anything. I have tried everything port forwarding you name it. It's all been done. Yet no news..... Game is beginning to become enjoyable. I've lost materials trying to synth, failed levemete, dropped during dungeons. I have paid for 6 months of service yet am getting irritation since patch 2.0.5, Please provide some feedback as to where you are with a fix and a timeline.

    We are currently experiencing instability with our network connections. This in turn is causing instability with connections from North American and European regions to the Japanese data center and vice versa.

    Apparently you are not reading. This has been ongoing since Patch 2.0.5 for myself. Prior to that I had no issues what so ever. Not even during Early access. SE recognized the issue associated with Patch 2.0.5 on the Facebook Page.

    Yes and a notice went out Early this morning that the issue has been resolved as of 3:15AM PDT 10/22/13 So your post is a mute point to the discussion.
