    How long to reactivate my account after renewing my subscription?

    Hi. I initially registered my payment method for automatic renewal before my subscription would begin. (Which would be Nov.2 2013) I received an email from SE stating that they have encountered an error with my payment method and that my account would be cancelled. I have updated my account with another payment method, however my subscription/account says 'inactive' still. Do I have to wait a period of time until I am charged for renewing my sub and my account reactivated or should it be automatic?

    This is very upsetting bc I cannot play until this is resolved... :/

    When this happened in FFXI I updated the payment info in the square-enix account panel and it would execute the payment.
    Maybe with XIV you gotta wait the next payment cycle, maybe at japan midnight or something similar. You can only contact them by chat/phone to be faster.
