Seems to me (& most of the posters in this thread) that you aren't really fixing issue if the workaround is part of pop culture, I'm going to hope/assume that the Developers are thinking of this as well.

I'd like to add my voice to the chorus of people who don't like the idea of a dungeon AFK kick feature. As others have said, it's very easy to circumvent, and it will impact innocent players as well.
I was running Cutter's Cry with some people in my FC last night when one of them started having internet problems. We waited for over 30 minutes outside the second boss's room for her to fix the problem, and most of the time we were just standing there talking in Mumble. Eventually she managed to get back on, and we finished out the instance successfully. It would have really put a sour taste in my mouth if one of us had gotten kicked from the instance because we forgot to move our character to cancel out the AFK timer while waiting for her.
Vote to kick has the potential to be abused, but it will probably solve the problem of people leeching in dungeon runs. AFK dungeon kick, on the other hand, probably won't solve much at all, and it will be an irritating feature that has the potential to ruin a run for a legitimate party. I'm afraid this will do more harm than good.![]()
if you give gun to every one and innocent one got kill.that is fail thing from start.3/4 or 7/8 do you think this will no problem about vote kick? you will known who play too much will lust on point and strong people and time use for little point . if he gather as group. he will do something stupid like we need whm but got sch we will kick this one until got whm... it have alot way to solved bad ass afker. but kick is out of the choose.. for avoid ppl use it in wrong way.this is mmorpg not HoN LoL. your don't need super hyper player to kill anyone just pass easy raid but elite some will look on best result.atleast i already see people like that alot after 2.0 open from my sight.and that out of concept duty finder. that will make everyone got party easy by role.
but i sure anyone is't spider man lol

Must remark the impotance of this.I'd like to add my voice to the chorus of people who don't like the idea of a dungeon AFK kick feature. As others have said, it's very easy to circumvent, and it will impact innocent players as well.

Cross-server blacklist. Cross-server blacklist. Cross-server blacklist.
Add to blacklist, never be pty'd with them again. Easy as pie and once those ppl are on everyone's blacklist for AFKing during DF, they can screw off.
With regard to CM specifically, I would LMAO to see a vote kick system implemented, then watch CM rewards get buffed, AK/WP rewards get nerfed--something that brings tryhards back to CM for whatever reason, then watch groups routinely vote kick gearless players out of the one dungeon they can actually run easily to get geared. I mean, we've got to be able to finish this CM 3:00 minutes faster, right? As a side note, I don't see CM rewards ever getting buffed. It was just a funny thought.
What the, omg, this guy is my new favorite author.if you give gun to every one and innocent one got kill.that is fail thing from start.3/4 or 7/8 do you think this will no problem about vote kick? you will known who play too much will lust on point and strong people and time use for little point . if he gather as group. he will do something stupid like we need whm but got sch we will kick this one until got whm... it have alot way to solved bad ass afker. but kick is out of the choose.. for avoid ppl use it in wrong way.this is mmorpg not HoN LoL. your don't need super hyper player to kill anyone just pass easy raid but elite some will look on best result.atleast i already see people like that alot after 2.0 open from my sight.and that out of concept duty finder. that will make everyone got party easy by role.

Not at all. Now take that question and pose it to trolls, leeches or griefers.
While I would love to see this (As well as a cross-server friendlist/cross-server party invites), I don't have much confidence that the dev team that can't figure out how to allow you to send tells while within a cross-server instance is going to release something like that in a timely manner.

Players who disconnect from an instance, even if you have formed your own party before entering a dungeon should be kicked and replaced with the same job via duty finder after 6 minutes tops.Greetings,
The development team is aware of the issue where players go AFK during dungeons without participating at all, and they will be making it so if a character does not move for a certain period of time they will be automatically kicked from the instance. This will be implemented along with the MVP voting system in patch 2.1.
The i think 15 minute wait? is way too long. The entire party should not suffer because 1 player become disconnected. Please looking into fixing this issue.
