That puts you at roughly at $540/800 of your budget... You may want to think about upping that budget to around $900ish to comfortably get everything else required.

My 750w psi died by playing this game. Make sure you got a good psu. One of my friend psu is also died. This game drain a lots power.

That's not how hardware works. This game may push your system harder than most games (non-MMOs) due to using more processor cycles than your average bear, but it cannot push it beyond the hardware's limits. Your system was either insufficient to begin with (junk PSU may be labeled 750W while pushing only 300W on 12v rail), a problem existed that you just previously failed to recognize, or you just had back luck.

This is horrible advice. You do not need an i7 at all; you will not benefit from it in gaming. A i5-4670 will give you identical performance in gaming, and it would still be overkill until you're running a gtx780 or similar.
