Ignoring/reporting gold sellers

The spamming in the shout channel seems to have all but disappeared. The ones sending tells are still around, but at least that's not a constant stream of messages like we used to see in shout, so it's significantly less annoying. I still want that "click on their name to report them" feature, though. I heard SE was planning to add that. Does anyone know when?
