Yea like not at all, it never enables. I stack up Wrath and it still never actually enables. At least yours is working eh?

Are you noticing this on mobs with low health?

Inner Beast returns a heal proportion to the actual damage done, rather than the raw damage done, so if your target has less health than the amount of damage your hit would have done, then you would get less. The floating numbers that you see are the raw damage and not the actual health reduced from the mob. It's easy enough to test, get something low then hit it with Inner Beast to finish it off, you should always get a small amount back.

If you're seeing this behavior on mobs that have plenty of health left, then that would certainly be a different issue.

I want to say that I've noticed it on mobs in general, but tonight I'll get on and test the theory.

I can't stop laughing but it's just too funny. I bet it looks like it's not enabled because he/she is busy doing other skills. IB is not off-GCD.

If you are level synced below 35, that would be why inner beast doesn't work "at all". If you are not gaining wrath, its because defiance inst up. Also, make sure you actually have your warrior soul equipped. (covering all bases, probably just the first point but its most likely just a troll post.)

Also, inner beast is an "Absorb" , so if you deal 300 damage, it absorbs 900 life. If the monster has less than 900 life, say 700 left, you are capped at absorbing 700 life.

I've done all of the above, it still doesnt work. My Warrior is lvl 50, I have a soul stone, defiance is up, wrath is stacked... Inner Beast never enables, multiple mob sets low and high level.
