unable to access The Hidden Chapter fight

sorry i thought i had posted this here but found it in the duplicate bugs section so i'm reposting in hopes this truly gets fixed as it is still broken

Date: 10/20/13
time: all day long
location: Thal's respite
name of NPC: cocbuki
action you have used: collected the three chapters of the book of mormo and delivered them
steps on how it occurred: went to thal's respite, clicked on cocobuki and nothing happened. i stayed around to see if anyone else came, they did and everyone seemed to have the same problem.
you cannot progress past this which means no blm job for us. please fix

They moved my post from 10/20 to the duplicate threads too. I hope they realize this new problem is on a different server than the previously reported problem on Ragnarok server last month.

I'm encountering this on the Hyperion server as well. This appears to be a different bug from the one that was fixed earlier. I really hope it gets fixed soon as I'd like to unlock black mage.
