Fail in graphics, please help :/

Hi guys, have these kinda little tiny squares all over the game. Anyone here know what it is or how to fix it?

i also do have that in other games, but not as visible as in Final Fantasy.

My PC Specs are:

i7 4770k 3.5ghz
Direct x 11
GTX 780 4gb OC edition from MSI
16 gb 2133 mhz of ram from traumatizr
motherbord is MSI GD 65 z77

Would love to get some help, cause just bought this new pc.
and send it into reperation 2 times already :/

I cant see nothing wrong with the screenshot.

Look at the people in the game, also my grass have those little squares.. and when i move my screen around its flickers some times

Well, im pretty sure that this is the transparency effect of the own game, cuz im also getting this. (so you can see yourself even with grass on the way)

About the flickering:
Grass shimmering = Turn "clamp negative lod bias" on. (nvidia inspector/nvidia control panel)
Texture flickering (if you move your camera and they only load after half second) = Turn occlusion culling off in your game.

That's a kind of transparency you'll find in some games.
