Lancer/Dragoon Unable to roll Need on Scale Equipment

It came across me many times, and every time a scale equipment appears as loot my lancer/dragoon is unable to NEED it. Those Scale equipments obviously have LNC and DRG in their Job Restriction and the stats are also made for LNC and DRG, so i can only assume it is an in game bug as the NEED button is greyed out and when i try to press NEED a prompt shows the words "This item is not suited for your current class or job" where clearly scale EQ is for LNC/DRG.

From what i know, this issue happens in every scale equipment.
note: I don't have this equipment in my inventory and armory chest before this loot appears
