Coil loot never showed up in inventory

im not sure if you will be able to do anything about missing loot but i was told by a GM to post my issue here.
so on saturday the 19th of Oct i was in a raid party with my FC and we just downed turn 1 the loot that dropped was Bard gloves (witch our bard got) and a alagan band of casting witch i needed on (and was the only one to do so) the guys will testify to this.
but all i got was a blanket of black text in my chat window and saying that i was unable to obtain the item i do not all ready have this item and could not get it from the chest
i hope you can look into this and on a glimmer of hope possibly allow me to obtain it but i do have faith that i will see it again thanks for taking the time to read this and hope to hear from you.

Did you check which number did you roll? I might be wrong but I noticed that a couple of times I rolled a greed and my name wasn't in the rolls list. Once I had the time to check what I rolled and it was a 0 even if I pushed greed. If that's the case it should roll a number greater than 0 if greed or need is pushed.
