Bard +1 or two 90 items

Since the Bard +1 relic only nets you 1 weapon damage and 4 dex 4 acc 3 skill speed and 4 vit. If I take two level 90 set pieces say gloves and head piece I would gain roughly 12 dex, added 26 crit (21 pts comes from hands DL hands don't have crit) 3 accuracy (a one pt lost form the +1 but already over hit cap)and minus 3 Skill speed from not getting the plus 1. I know the conversion for weapon damage is roughly 7 for a main stat then that would put the dex total for the +1 at around 11 dex. Unless I have missed something and if so please point it out it seems that two pieces of dl in this case hands head piece would net me slightly more gain. Discuss critique please.

It has been stated by many, Bard should upgrade Ring and Legs prior to Relic +1. There is a post about it.

Remember, 1 weapon damage is equal to 7.xxxxx Dex, so do not put it off as a bad upgrade... In honesty, it seems DPS priority should be to +1 their relic or get their Allagan weapon, then work on filling the holes. Think there was a BiS list for BRD already on these forums, I'll try to dig it up.

Relic+1 for BRD is just pathetic and should not be prioritized.

Thanks i went through 10 most current pages of the thread and found one bis discussion and it didn't contain the detail of the current chart it had stats of items but not including cost and cost per stat like the one linked.
