    [EU] Carbuncle World Technical Difficulties (Oct. 18)

    We are currently experiencing technical difficulties wherein players cannot access Carbuncle World. The issue is being addressed, and new updates will follow as additional information becomes available. Additionally, due to this issue, World transfers to Carbuncle World cannot be made.
