I would bet people right next to the servers can get lag if the situation arrises. Internet is not perfect so why should we be? Things happen to routes even good ones from time to time. TCPIP was designed with errors in mind when it was first made. However good it was there still room for improvement. I don't see the lag as a player issue but a design one on SE's part. They don't need to make the fight easier , no not at all. I heard they were working with various ISP's to figure out things like traffic shaping and network throttling. My connection from Comcast is normally 39ms end to end. But there are those days where I will see it go as high as 4000ms in spikes. Not always and not everyday but let's just say it's been there during a titan run or prat run. It happens. I learn to live with it but it's still annoying. Nothing is perfect guys. Just because ppl can win with lag doesn't mean they should. Luck plays a factor even with good players.
