I'm very satisfied with it. I enjoy playing multiple classes which I find hard to do in other MMO's. I like being able to use abilities from other classes to expland my current class' abilites. I enjoy the crafting system immensely. I like the fact that I can make HQ gear (which can be dyed) so I don't have to constantly dungeon grind to gear my charactere out. I like having dailys available at any level, not just 50, so I can power through slow segments. Is it perfect, no, but I haven't enjoyed an MMO like this in years.

Yes. I think it is the best MMO I have played yet. So much that I have the FFXIV controller, soundtracks and physical CE for PS3 and PC. The only concern for me is the server lag as well. Once they fix that I will be content.

I am satisfied with what FFXIV is at this point in its life cycle. When you compare it to any other game at its launch, FFXIV doesn't really fall short. FFXI, WoW, Rift, or pretty much any game. Comparing ARR to any current state of another game is not a fair comparison. Every game has to start somewhere. I think ARR is off to a good start, and I am eager to see where it goes next.

    Short Answer: I am

Long Answer : I AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM. Just kidding. I really enjoy this game from 1.0. 1.0 was choppy and bad. No content at all in regards to 2.0. Ppl conplaining about Content in 2.0 should play 1.0 :P
I really like the crafting system. I hate crafting in general. Only in FF ARR i use crafting because it's fun.

Yesterday i tried The Binding Coil of Bahamut for the 1st Time. Chellanging Content that makes fun and will keep me busy a few weeks.

So yeah i really enjoy it

Am I satisfied with this game?

In a nutshell, I am. Can there be improvements made to various parts of the game? Yes. Is there enough to keep me entertained while said updates happen? Yes. I've got plenty of friends they sign on, sometimes we do things together sometimes we do thing on our own. But one thing is for sure, when I sign on to play I am enjoying myself. I mean otherwise, why would I even continue playing or for that matter continue paying.

If you don't like the game or feel it's a waste of time, talk with your wallets. Companies will notice this much more than the random complaints on these forums. The population on these forums represent just a small fraction of the player base.

Pretty much log on for Coil raid nights and that's it. Once you don't need philo on your main job and all you need is myth capped every week, the game doesn't give any incentive to log in otherwise once you are locked out of Coil.
The game was released August 27th. Have you ever played an MMO at release? Of course you're going to get bored before the first major content update. Everyone races to max level then complains there isn't enough content to keep them engaged. Every major MMO release in recent years is like this. 2.1 is coming with some new content, but we'll need to have 2.2 and 2.3 shortly after to keep the playerbase engaged. I'm 100% happy with this game in it's state at the moment, only thing I hate is the AH showing what everything is listed for and the massive undercutting on Balmung.

Yes. I'm having tons of fun, haven't run out of stuff to do, and am somewhat impatiently waiting for 2.1.

I feel though that was due to the fact that in FFXI it took forever to do anything. Literally, anything you wanted to do you had to wait to get started. Want to go to jeuno from sandoria? Too bad, you either need to pay 500000 gil or run there and die 20 times. Want to level up in dunes? put a party together, for an hour.

Maybe at launch it wasn't like that all the time, but in ff14 you don't have to wait to do anything really. in 2002 when XI hit I was 16 years old and had plenty of time to play. At 27, i can really only play 1-2 hours a day dunking the week and then play till my hearts content on the weekends.

I feel like 14 gives you quick access to all of its content, which for me is a huge plus at this point in my life. I do understand that not everyone is in that type of situation.

    Ofcourse i enjoy this game.

XI was obvious it was much better when it came but there was not so much the content, it was pretty much exp grinding I remember so well trying to reach level 40 to 41 + and you got 200,250 exp from monsters, and they needed almost at least 100k + it took long-term .. And people here complain about grinding monsters ..
But game got more stuff to do after the expansion of the Raise zilart released,
Then we got a lot and do. New class new area new mission new stories, Sky end content, HNM Dragon hunting ..

But today XI is shit max level 99 you can easy level up one class in one a day,
took me a month and reach level 60 then came zilart 15 level more to exp ...
