Appear to have lost all gil and shards when transferring servers.

Character name: Kelina Hachette
Class/Level: 41/BRD

In-game time: Noticed this the evening of Oct 20th, transferred from Adamantoise to Gilgamesh Oct 15th around 11pm Central Time.

I initiated my character transfer at the time above and did not login to the game to play again until Oct 20th. Upon logging in and attempting to teleport, I was given the error that I did not have enough gil. At this point I noticed that I only had 1 gil on my character and 190 gil on my retainer.

I know that before I transferred, my character had somewhere between 20,000-200,000 gil (little to none on the retainer); so it appears that somehow this was lost during the transfer.

Also, I notice that I did not have more than 5 of any given crafting shard. I had done some of the crafting quests which give a large number as rewards, which leads me to believe that these were lost in the transfer as well.

I am not sure if any items are missing or not.

Prior to the transfer I did have a level 1 character of the same name already on Gilgamesh, this character was deleted before the transfer request.
