imo skill speed isnt THAT good.skill speed give you a dps boost but in long fight,you will run out of tp way faster.overall its good for short but for long fight,its *fake* dps.skill speed also pretty low effect unless you stack a LOT of it

crit and determination will actualy give you higther number so its a direct dps increase and you can maintain it longer since you wont burn your tp really fast.

also with the 2.1 change,keep in mind that we will need to mouve from position all the time.having really hight attack speed by stacking skillspeed mean it give you really low amount of time to position yourself.you might not be able to cast it on time,everytime
