First noticed it in Costa Del Sol X:31, Y:30 But the problem seems to persist regardless of zone or location.

First noticed around 10:00 am Eorzea time, but the problem persists regardless of what time it is in-game.

Steps:
I had just finished a Brayflox Longstop run on my paladin and was admiring a pair of Aetherial Toadskin Breeches I had received from the dungeon.

I equipped a Summer Morning Halter while still wearing the pants and I discovered there was a section of skin on my character's lower back that was transparent.

I switched to several other top pieces to see if the problem persists and it seems to persist with several pieces of armorer, including most plate armors and bikini tops.

Smallclothes, tunics, robes, cowls and RSE seem to not be effected.
