2: 100 tomes is too much. While I agree helping someone lower leveled than you should bear some reward that's inviting problems in and of itself. Say they did make it a 100 tomes of whichever kind. Now the caps have no reason to participate in harder content unless it is to gain primal weapons. This in turn causes the instance worlds set aside for lower level content to become overcrowded and either they will crash or those that need them for progression cannot access them in a timely fashion due to overpopulation. Let's say 25 tomes, because any of us that have level 50 toons of certain classes know we've reached cap so there won't be any exp reward for running these however tomes irregardless of the amount need to be reserved for the level 50's. Anything lower leveled than that should get an exp reward befitting the level they are at.This still offers incentive to help in lower level instances but doesn't cause an influx of 'gear-heads' looking to find an easy way out.

3: You can't rush perfection as it will never be achieved. Fact of the matter remains is that although what has been pointed out is without question viable in its means you have to look at the big picture. Sometimes both sides have to compromise. While we pay to play this game it is, in the end, Yoshida's call what goes into this. I am, without a shread of doubt, certain there are a ton of things he wants to have done for this game as he claims to play it himself. New Jobs, instances, etc. But he can't just dump a years worth of content on us all at one time. Financially its stupid. Say he gave us everything we wanted individually in a huge patch. Can you imagine the amount of time it would take to download this not to mention the code conflict. The enviroments you go through are not obstacles meant to be gotten through asap. they're a visual stimulation. Some of the hardest things to design in a game and the most often overlooked are the lands which your toon walks.

Valid points have been made throughout posts of this magnitude. But sometimes before you get over-zealous take a step back and look at what they could've done less to this game that already makes it wonderful. New things and betterments take time. These people that make games of this calibur do it for a living but they are not infailable. Give them time and see what wonders they can create. A man that not only produces and directs the game he makes but plays it as well shows he sees potential for the future of it but it also puts him in touch with the gamers at large in the game itself. This gives him a view most game creators never care to have, a personal feel of the content and the problems as well as opinions of those that also play along side him. As you can guess this gives Yoshida insight to what people look forward to as well as their apprehensions. Just have to let the man do his thing. Its what he does for a living (PS EDIT) Sorry it took four posts to say all this lol.
