Obviously story primals shouldn't award Philosophy, I'm talking about full-length 15-50 dungeons. I recommended 100 tomes because it gives 50's a reason to queue for all dungeons, nobody will tick the option if there's no reward for doing so.

You should try reading the live letter Q&A's. Or a variety of other dev notes. You would find some of your suggestions already being implemented and nothing new.

Considering the previous letter was 90% housing, I have yet to see any mention of my suggestions... could you please link me to the source? I would love to see Square-Enix mention dungeon experience and their plans moving forward.

Dungeon adjustments have already been mentioned for going to a lower level and assisting. The exact details are sketchy, but I am not going to link every single mention and source for their work. I am sorry, if you are only relying on the previous letter for your info, I think you need to do more research yourself. Reinheart has been translating a whole plethora of things, and you can at least go read them for yourself instead of expecting everyone to grab it for you. If you have been looking stuff up, you would see that things are in motion for the dev team. They have been working on a lot of things beyond the last letter mentions and housing. Just because your exact ideas aren't being used, does not mean SE isn't doing anything. You are not a snowflake.

I will say two things. You would be correct in a sense that I do not know if they will give philo tomes. Also, 100 tomes is a little much, even for helping lower level players. Considering you can trio the first few dungeons without a healer as long as someone has some MP and cure/physick.
