Moving to Odin, Looking for a home.

Hey there people of Odin,

I figured I'll make a post here beforehand to see what's available here on Odin.

Let me start off by telling you my current specifications regarding my classes and jobs in a small list:
-Scholar (Relic +1, Darklight/Vanya - Current main job)
-Bard (Relic + some Darklight Gear)
-Summoner (geared in level 60 stuff)
-Dragoon (Geared in level 60 stuff)
-And I'm currently leveling a monk.

I've done Turn 1 and 2 so far as a Scholar in Coil of Bahamut.
However, I have always been a DPS player, but for some reason in every game I play, find myself to be playing a healer due to lack of.
And even though I enjoy healing, doing damage is stil something I enjoy more.
So I have been running around with other jobs trying to figure it all out.
Now I am almost 99% positive that I will be switching over to a Monk for main job as soon as I reach level 50 with it, will +1 it too.

Due to character limitations on the forum a continueation:

Now basically, I am looking for a fun yet progressive Free Company, one that raids but doesn't run a tight military regime.
In all the years I have been playing MMO's I always managed to reach and clear the end-game but keep the fun alive, and that is what I am looking for.
Of course, with the understanding that during fights you just have to be serious for that time in order to focus properly.

Eitherway, as I mentioned, I am currently playing a Scholar as main job, but would like to switch to a Monk when that job is ready, In the meantime I could suffice asa healer untill someone else would be able to fill in that role so I can reroll my main job.
Or possibly not raid at all till my Monk has reached the level of equipment I'd be comfortable to raid with.

All in all, I hope Odin has to offer what I am looking for.
