FC Looking to transfer

Hello Odin!
My FC- Aspiring Brotherhood[PACT] is currently on Coeurl, we have noticed a huge drop in activity since server transfers went live. for the last 5 days I have been monitoring activity on coerul vs Odin and currently Odin has twice the members. We are looking at your server & would like to ask a few questions.
1) Activity- Internationally- PACT is a international community, We suspect a EU server with the name "Odin" will draw attention from NA gamers as well as EU/Oceanic. during Oceanic & NA primetime, & NA a.m timezones how active are you? 7pm est, 2am est, and 10 am est.
2)Server mentality- overall what kind of atmosphere do you have? is Odin abusive, trolly, ect?
3)Log in problems- do you suffer suffer any log in errors due to high population?
Being a international community we feel Odin can meet our demands for activity not only in NA. If you can give some feedback I would appreciate it greatly!
We have 100+ members in our FC and have hope to move 75+ over.

Also in the event that we do transfer to Odin, will we need to empty our FC chest, revert to a rank 1 FC, or have to start all over and re-create the FC there? I have searched for risks in transferring a FC to a different server and have not came up with anything.
Not that these are of much concern to us, but any information I can obtain before we have a guild/fc meeting tonight over it would be a great help.
