Once level 48 due to recast times diminished with Traits I have grouped Rouse (60s recast) + Eye For an Eye (120s recast)

I am one level to having Swifcast so I am using Surecast instead

As side note on SMN macros a bit different.
Rouse(60s) + Eye for an Eye(120s) + Spur(120s)+ Enkindle (300s)
and
Virus(90s) + Raging Strikes (180s)
