This is not an issue with the game. It is your TV settings which have overscan on by default. If your TV is not a dinosaur you can turn this off. Please post your TV make and model so someone can tell you how.

It's a local make and model, so unless someone is both in Argentina and a TV tech I doubt it would help.
I'm not tech illiterate, I know where to look for the option. It's not in there. Thanks anyway.
EDIT: I just realized that came out a lot angrier than I intended. I apologize. I know the problem is my TV, I'm just frustrated.
