Unable to proceed with Melding Materia Muchly quest with more than 1 DoH at 25+ level

Steps:
1. Accept the Quest "Melding Materia Muchly" with ONE DoH at 25+ level (while other DoHs are below lvl 25)
2. Do not meld the materia right away, keep the quest as pending
3. Level up another DoH to 25+ level
4. Now you're unable to proceed with the quest anymore, abandoning and accepting the quest again will not help (so the steps 1+2 might be actually redundant and you could be simply unable to complete the quest if more than one of your DoHs is at lvl 25+). Note that you're able to (re-)accept the quest just fine, only not complete it afterwards - you're not offered the option to meld the 8 materias as required by the quest.

The quest is listed as active in journal however it's not possible to display it on the map while clicking on the Map button in the journal, it also doesn't show the quest mark on the map and when you approach NPC it's missing the quest tag as well as melding quest option in the dialog selection. You can abandon quest and accept it again with the same (fail) result. While this might be simply coincidence that I'm unable to proceed with the quest now while having multiply DoH classes above 25 level (including CUL) it seems to be the most logical cause as I remember seeing the quest marker on the map while passing Central Thanalan for a while after accepting and to "dissapear" about the same time when my next DoH class reached lvl 25. This issue was already present prior the 2.05 patch and it's still there now.
